This Records Subgroup contains files of John Howard Yoder in relation to classes he taught on Thomas Merton, his connection with the peace conference at Gethsemani in 1964 which Yoder attended, and a proposed essay on the 1964 conference. Conference at Gethsemani Abbey in 1964 was entitled, "The Spiritual Roots of Protest." The date range of the materials is from at least 1964 to 1994.
