Scope and content
First lines: "Reaction to the airmail special about Phil and the group that wants to get violent. This will help"... Contents index: reaction to Philip Berrigan's proposal to use violent means - Che Guevara, Regis Debray - violence against people is definitely off-limits - violence against property gets away from Gandhi's ideals, starts to get fuzzy morally, but Merton does not rule it out; however, will it undermine the real message behind peace movement.
